All our management provision from Apprenticeships and Team Working to PhD is mapped to the Chartered Manager pathway, which supports both the aspirations of the business and the individual. Our wide range of qualifications are available through our close working relationship with Awarding Bodies and we are an accredited centre for; The Chartered Management Institute CMI, The Institute of Leadership and Management ILM ,City and Guilds and the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health IOSH.
 
We have an experienced team of trainers and coaches who have all held senior management positions across a wide range of organisations and can therefore provide engaging, experiential training and support.Meet the team.
We aim to bring the best out of the learners and over many years of experience, we have enhanced our techniques to ensure delivery of effective learning. Learners are no longer bored with endless PowerPoint presentations - our approach encourages delegate interaction, which helps to deepen understanding through relevant exercises, role plays and management games. Most programmes will include assignments, which allow the candidates to integrate the learning into the work place. Before commencement of training, we ensure the delivery plan is an exact fit to the business needs and agree with the client at least 5 key outcomes. On completion we review the programme with the client to confirm total satisfaction that the key outcomes have been achieved.

Our Clients: We currently work with a variety of organisations; 15% from the Public Sector, 80% from the Private sector and 5% from the 3rd sector.  These organisations range from small to medium enterprises to large national companies.

Success: Our success rates on full qualifications are amongst the highest in the country at 95%; the reason for our success is simple – we look after our clients from the initial enquiry stage through to completion.  We make sure that each and every client is treated with respect and given the necessary support to achieve their goal. This is recognised by the National Skills Academy for the Process Industries and we are accredited with them to deliver the Gold Standard awards in Management and Business Improvement.
