We can offer the support of a Skills Coach to advise and guide you through a simple competency mapping tool to identify skills gaps and prioritise solutions.

• Sustainable improvements and increased business efficiencies are achieved through the delivery of high impact projects and achievements of the Business Improvement Techniques (BIT) Qualifications. These awards cover a range of principles associated with best practice in current business processes and modern management techniques, the key drivers are: Increased Quality, Reduced Costs and Waste and Improved Delivery.
Team Effectiveness

Our communication training is designed to enable management and staff to operate more efficiently by communicating more effectively.

Personal Development

Employee Development Service
• We can help with your people. This service is aimed at companies who need to develop their key people who have highly specialised skills and are a very valuable intellectual asset to the company. We offer a 'one to one' diagnostic, followed by a personal development support programme for your valuable employees.
Health and Safety at Work
• We now deliver two IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) Courses: Working Safely a one day course, which is for anyone at any level, needing grounding in the essentials of health and safety. Managing Safely a four day course, which is for managers and supervisors in any organisation. It is designed to get managers up to speed on the practical actions they need to take to handle health and safety in their teams.
Business Support Skills
• We offer training and Level 2 and 3, qualifications in Customer Service, Business and Administration and Team Leading. This includes Apprenticeships for 16 to 18 year olds and Adult Frameworks for 19 year olds and over. Funding is available subject to set criteria.
